Scope of Application
● Suitable for metallurgical and foundry facilities where molten metals are lifted and transported.
● Do not use in environments containing flammable, explosive, or corrosive media.
Product Description
● Designed and manufactured in accordance with the provisions of standard JB/T 1306-2008 “Electric Single‑Girder Crane,” Notice No. 375 (2007) issued by the Quality Inspection Office on “Opinions Regarding the Rectification of Metallurgical Lifting Machinery,” as well as the requirements of TSG Q0002-2008 “Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Lifting Machinery—Bridge Cranes,” among others, it features a rational structural design and high overall rigidity.
● The entire unit is designed for use in conjunction with a YH‑type metallurgical electric hoist.
● Lifting capacity: 2–16 tons; applicable span: 7.5–28.5 meters; duty class: A5; operating ambient temperature range: –20°C to +60°C.
● The system can be configured with variable-frequency drive for the trolley, variable-frequency drive for the hoist, or a dual-speed hoist, as required by the customer’s on-site operating conditions, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the crane.
● Advantages: Short lead time and cost-effective.
● Disadvantages: It exhibits relatively significant vibration during operation, has a low duty cycle, and is not suitable for heavy-duty workshops.

Example: Lifting capacity: 10 t, span: 22 m, lifting height: 9 m, duty class A5; notation: LDY10-22 A5.
Optional features
● Power supply: 380 V / 400 V / 415 V / 660 V, 50 Hz / 60 Hz.
● Control Modes: The product offers three control options—ground control, remote control, and cab control—to accommodate users’ diverse operational needs.
