Product Description
● Designed and manufactured in accordance with the GB/T 14405-2011 standard, it complies with the provisions of JB/T 7688.1-2008 “Technical Conditions for Metallurgical Cranes—General Requirements” and JB/T 7688.15-1999 “Technical Conditions for Metallurgical Cranes—Foundry Cranes,” featuring a rational structure and high overall rigidity.
● Metallurgical cranes are among the primary pieces of equipment in the steelmaking continuous casting process, and their overall configurations can include double-girder double-rail, four-girder four-rail, and four-girder six-rail types.
● The entire machine consists of four main components: a box-type bridge frame, a trolley traveling mechanism, a hoisting trolley, and electrical equipment.
● Lifting capacity: 75–320 tons; applicable span: 10.5–35 meters; service class: A7; operating temperature range: –10°C to +100°C.
● Equipped with an H-class insulated motor and a reducer, ensuring low noise and smooth, stable movement.
● Configurable with variable-frequency drives for the trolley, hoist, and main carriage, as required by the customer’s on-site operating conditions, ensuring smooth and reliable crane operation.
Product Labeling
Example: Lifting capacity: 100/20 t, span: 30 m, lifting height: 12 m, duty class A7; notation: YZ100/20-30 A7.
Optional features
● Power supply: 380 V / 400 V / 415 V / 660 V, 50 Hz / 60 Hz.
● Control Method: The product is equipped with an operator’s cab for remote control.
