Scope of Application

Product Description
● Designed and manufactured in accordance with the JB/T 1306-2008 standard, it features a rational structure and high overall rigidity.
● Whole machine It consists of five components: a box-type bridge, a trolley traveling mechanism, a hoist, a grab bucket, and electrical equipment.
● On the two electric hoists, one hoist leads a wire rope for support, while the other leads a rope for opening and closing. After the grab is partially opened, it is lowered onto the load; the opening/closing wire rope is then retracted, pulling the crossbeam to close the two jaws. Once the bucket is filled with material, the support wire rope is raised to lift the grab, which is conveyed by the overhead crane to the unloading area. With the support rope held stationary, the opening/closing rope is released to open the grab and unload the loaded material. 。
● The lifting capacity is 2-2 0 tons, with an applicable span of 7.5-28. 5 meters, duty class: A3, operating environment within the range of -25°C to +40°C.
● The entire drive system employs a soft‑drive motor paired with a reducer, ensuring low noise and smooth, stable motion.
