Scope of Application
● Suitable for warehouses and workshops in metallurgical, cement, chemical, and other industries, it is used indoors or outdoors in fixed spans to handle bulk materials such as ores, limestone, mineral powders, coke slag, coal, sand, and similar granular commodities.
● Do not use in environments containing flammable, explosive, or corrosive media.
Product Description
● Designed and manufactured in accordance with the GB/T 14405-2011 standard, it features a rational structure and high overall rigidity.
● The entire machine consists of five components: a box-type bridge frame, a trolley traveling mechanism, a hoist trolley, a grab bucket, and electrical equipment.
● Lifting capacity: 5–32 tons; the rated lifting capacity includes the self-weight of the grab bucket. Applicable span: 10.5–31.5 meters. Working duty: A6, A7. Operating ambient temperature: −5°C to +40°C.
● The grab can be configured with either a parallel or a perpendicular opening direction relative to the main beam. The lifting device is a four-rope, double-drum grab, featuring a simple structure and reliable operation. The grab can open and close at any height.
● The large vehicle’s drive system employs slip-ring motors paired with gear reducers, ensuring low noise and smooth, stable motion.
● Variable-frequency drives can be configured for the trolley, hoist, and main‑travel systems according to the customer’s on-site operating conditions, ensuring smooth and reliable crane operation.
● This crane can be used both indoors and outdoors; when used outdoors, a rainproof cover should be installed.

Example: Lifting capacity: 10 t, span: 22.5 m, lifting height: 9 m, duty class A6; designation: QZ10-22.5 A6.
