Product Introduction:
The European‑style hoist trolley features a lightweight design, with the lifting load applied directly to the running end beams on both sides of the trolley. This results in clear load distribution, a compact layout, high transmission efficiency, and low noise levels, while also reducing the overall machine height and self‑weight. The motor, reducer, and brake are integrated into a compact three‑in‑one unit; the motor has an IP55 protection rating, a 40% duty cycle, and is equipped with an electromagnetic disc brake. The reducer boasts hardened gear surfaces that have been ground or skived, eliminating the need for oil changes during service. The hoisting mechanism employs a three‑point mounting configuration, with the drum supported directly at both ends on the trolley’s end beams, and the pulley beam bolted to the end beams on either side to form a longitudinal girder. The reducer’s output shaft is fitted onto the extended drum, and the hoisting motor and reducer are connected via an elastomeric coupling.
