Scope of Application

Product Description
● Designed and manufactured in accordance with the provisions of standard JB/T 3695-2008 “Electric Hoist Bridge Crane,” the Quality Inspection Office’s Special Document No. 375 (2007) “Notice on Relevant Opinions Regarding the Rectification of Metallurgical Lifting Machinery,” as well as the requirements of TSG Q0002-2008 “Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Lifting Machinery—Bridge Cranes,” it features a rational structure and high overall rigidity.
● Lifting capacity: 3–20 tons; applicable span: 7.5–22.5 meters; duty class: A5; operating ambient temperature range: –10°C to +60°C.
● The accompanying hoisting mechanism is a YH‑type metallurgical electric hoist, mounted on a centrally driven double‑rail trolley and used in conjunction with a double‑girder bridge. It offers advantages such as compact external dimensions, low headroom requirements, light self‑weight, and reduced wheel load.
● The heavy-duty carriage is driven by an H‑class high‑temperature‑resistant motor paired with a reducer, ensuring low noise and smooth, stable movement.
● Configurable to meet the specific on-site operating conditions of the customer, with options for trolley‑side variable frequency drive, hoist‑side variable frequency drive, hoist‑speed variable frequency drive, or dual‑speed hoist operation, ensuring smooth and reliable crane operation.
