Product Description
● Designed and manufactured in accordance with the JB/T 5663-2008 standard, featuring a rational structure and high overall rigidity.
● This product is a top-and-bottom rail‑guided type, with legs of varying heights; the configuration can be customized to meet the civil‑engineering requirements of the installation site.
● This equipment is designed for use with electric hoists of models such as CD1, MD1, and HC, and is a small- to medium-sized crane that operates on rails.
● Lifting capacity: 2–20 tons; applicable span: 10–20 meters; service class: A3; operating ambient temperature range: −25°C to +40°C.
● The entire drive system employs a soft‑drive motor paired with a gearbox, ensuring low noise and smooth, stable motion.
● The system can be configured with variable-frequency drive for the trolley, variable-frequency drive for the hoist, or a dual-speed hoist, as required by the customer’s on-site operating conditions, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the crane.
● Advantages: Short lead time and cost-effective.
● Disadvantages: Relatively significant vibration during operation, low duty cycle, and unsuitable for heavy‑duty workshops.
