Scope of Application
● Suitable for loading, unloading, or handling materials in outdoor areas and warehouses.
● Do not use in environments containing flammable, explosive, combustible dust, or corrosive media. Do not lift molten metals, flammable materials, or explosive substances.
Product Description
● Designed and manufactured in accordance with the JB/T 5663-2008 standard, featuring a rational structure and high overall rigidity.
● It is a grab-type gantry crane equipped with an electric hoist as its lifting mechanism. The electric hoist features a dual-drum design: one drum controls the closing of the grab, while the other controls its lifting and lowering.
● Lifting capacity: 2–20 tons; applicable span: 12–30 meters; duty class: A3; operating ambient temperature range: −25°C to +40°C.
● The entire drive system employs a motor paired with a reducer, ensuring low noise and smooth, stable motion.
● The system can be configured with variable-frequency drive for the trolley, variable-frequency drive for the hoist, or a dual-speed hoist, as required by the customer’s on-site operating conditions, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the crane.
● Advantages: Short lead time and cost-effective.
● Disadvantages: Relatively significant vibration during operation, low duty cycle, and unsuitable for heavy‑duty workshops.

Example: Lifting capacity: 10 t, span: 22 m, lifting height: 9 m, duty class A3; notation: MHZ10-22 A3.
Optional features
● Power supply: 380 V / 400 V / 415 V / 660 V, 50 Hz / 60 Hz.
