Product Description
● Designed and manufactured in accordance with the JB/T 5663-2008 standard, featuring a rational structure and high overall rigidity.
● The entire unit is designed for use with electric hoists of models such as CD1, MD1, and HC, and is a small- to medium-sized crane that operates on rails.
● Lifting capacity: 3–32 tons; applicable span: 12–30 meters; duty class: A3; operating ambient temperature range: −25°C to +40°C.
● The entire drive system employs a soft-drive or slip-ring motor paired with a gearbox, ensuring low noise and smooth motion performance.
● The system can be configured with variable-frequency drive for the trolley, variable-frequency drive for the hoist, or a dual-speed hoist, depending on the customer’s site-specific operating conditions, ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the crane.
● According to their form, they can be classified as:
1. MH-type electric hoist gantry crane (box-type)
2. MHH-type electric hoist gantry crane (truss type)
3. MHE-type electric hoist gantry crane (box-type with dual hoists)
4. MHHE-type electric hoist gantry crane (truss-type with dual hoists)
5. MLH-type electric hoist gantry crane (L-shaped box-type)
● Advantages: Short lead time and cost-effective.
● Disadvantages: It exhibits relatively significant vibration during operation, has a low duty cycle, and is not suitable for heavy-duty workshops.
Product Labeling
Example: Lifting capacity: 10 t, span: 22.5 m, lifting height: 9 m, duty class A3; notation: MH10-22.5 A3.
Optional features
