Application Scope: The girder lifter is a gantry crane specially designed for bridge construction. It is primarily used to lift precast girders from the launching gantry to the storage platform, and after curing, to transfer them from the storage platform onto the girder transport vehicle. As lifting equipment, it also facilitates the assembly and disassembly of bridge‑erection machines. Product Description: The girder lifter consists mainly of a modular main girder, outriggers, and an overhead traveling crane. Its components are connected by pin joints and high‑strength bolts, making it easy to assemble, disassemble, and transport. Compared with conventional gantry cranes, it offers convenient and rapid installation, while remaining economical and practical. It is ideally suited for road and bridge construction companies that frequently relocate their operations. The girder lifter can operate either in tandem—two units working together to lift precast girders—or as a single unit equipped with dual hoisting attachments. When two units work in parallel, each typically has a lifting capacity of 450 tonnes; when used individually, its lifting capacity can reach up to 900 tonnes. Equipped with outrigger travel, trolley travel, and an overhead traveling crane, it enables fully mechanized operations in all directions.
