Product Description
● According to the standard G B/T 14406 -20 11 It is designed and manufactured with a rational structure and high overall rigidity.
● Features multiple functions, including single‑hook lifting, dual‑hook lifting, aerial flipping, and fine horizontal rotation in midair.
● The gantry frame is available in two configurations—single‑girder and double‑girder—for user selection. To ensure efficient material utilization, the main girders are designed with a variable cross‑section optimized for performance.
● The gantry’s rigid support legs are available in single‑column and double‑column configurations for user selection.
● The trolley is equipped with two main hooks, positioned on the outer sides of the main girder, and can be moved laterally by 0–2 m either independently or simultaneously.
● The trolley is equipped with both a main hook and an auxiliary hook, positioned directly beneath the center of the main girder.
● The upper and lower trolleys can pass through each other during operation.
● All hoisting and traveling mechanisms are equipped with variable-frequency drives.
● On the rigid outrigger side, a slewing jib crane is installed on the top of the main girder to facilitate maintenance of the upper and lower trolleys.
● To facilitate access for operators and maintenance personnel, a boarding elevator is installed within the rigid outriggers.
● To prevent damage from severe storms, the equipment is fitted with reliable wind‑resistant devices such as rail clamps, ground anchors, and anchor chains.
