Scope of Application
● Suitable for locations within factories where the explosive atmosphere consists of flammable gases, vapors, and air, with an explosion-proof rating no higher than Class II C and a minimum ignition temperature group of T4 (135°C). The applicable hazardous area is Zone 1 or Zone 2.
Product Description
● In accordance with the provisions of GB 3836.1-2010 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 1: Equipment – General Requirements” and GB 3836.2-2010 “Explosive Atmospheres – Part 2: Equipment Protected by Flameproof Enclosure ‘d’”.
● The HB‑type explosion‑proof wire‑rope electric hoist is an ideal lifting device for handling heavy loads in flammable, explosive, and hazardous environments, and can be used in conjunction with the LB explosion‑proof single‑girder electric hoist and the LHB explosion‑proof double‑girder electric hoist.
● Lifting capacity: 16–50 tons; lifting height: 9–30 meters; explosion-proof rating: dⅡBT4, dⅡCT4; operating ambient temperature range: −25°C to +40°C.
● Short lead times and cost-effective; uniquely designed, safe and reliable, with the advantages of high efficiency, energy savings, time and labor reduction, and flexibility.
Representation method
Example: Lifting capacity: 5 t, lifting height: 9 m, explosion-proof rating: dⅡBT4; notation: HB5-9 dⅡBT4.
